Why one low price
We could charge per-seat, per-feature, or per-month. We don’t. VibeGear runs entirely in your browser — no servers running your requests, no team-collaboration backend to maintain. The price reflects that: we keep the lights on, you get every tool, no upsells, no metering. If you outgrow it (and want team-based collaboration, mocking servers, or scripted runs), we’re honest enough to point you at Postman for those.
Common questions
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. Install the extension, use everything for 7 days. We only ask for payment if you choose to keep going.
How is the subscription billed?
Annually, $9.99 USD or €9.99 EUR, through Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle handles VAT and sales tax in 190+ countries — the price you see is the price you pay.
What if I cancel?
You keep access through the end of the period you've paid for. The subscription doesn't auto-renew, and your locally-stored data (collections, tool inputs) stays on your machine.
Can I get a refund?
14 days, no questions asked. After that we can't refund a full year, but you're free to cancel — your access continues until the period ends.
Is there a team plan?
Not yet. VibeGear is currently a single-seat tool because it runs entirely in your browser — there's no shared server state to bill against. Team collaboration is on the roadmap.
How does this compare to Postman?
For solo API testing: comparable on the HTTP / Realtime / GraphQL side, plus everything Postman doesn't have (Playground, color toolkit, JWT signer, fake data, mermaid, etc.). What we don't have: team collaboration, mock servers, scripted test runs. Postman starts at $14 / month per user; VibeGear Premium is $9.99 / year, total.
Will the price change?
It might for new subscribers as we add features. Existing subscribers keep their current price for the duration of any prepaid period — your renewal at the same price is guaranteed.
